Honoring Mr. Robin Williams as my inspiration for new suicide self-help

This is a draft of a proposed Proclamation for the State of Nevada.

The purpose of this draft is to demonstrate to the surviving Robin Williams family my desire to honor a great man that has inspired me.  Because of Mr. Williams influence over me, after hearing of his death, I released new procedures years ahead of schedule that remove the cause of suicidal thoughts. These procedures I developed over the past three decades while working in the field of suicide prevention.  These procedures are now available in the form of self-help, and one is called 4 Phase.  4 Phase the newest procedure, it is online, is free, quick, proven, endorsed and anonymous at: http://www.supportisp.org

I am looking for this post to be forwarded the surviving Robin Williams family in order to secure an endorsement, of the proposed proclamation (at the bottom of this post), in order for it to be submitted to the Governor of Nevada, prior to August 11, 2015.

I am the president, founder of the nonprofit called International Suicide Prevention a 501 c 3 public charity.  My name is Matthew D. Dovel.

We are not asking for any money, or donations. And, will not ask the Williams family for one!

We have no paid employee's.
We are endorsed by mental health experts.
We opened our doors on January 1, 2006.
We have operated a 24/7 suicide prevention hotline since January 1, 2006.
We preform interventions, training, awareness, post-suicide family support, and advanced suicide solutions.
We are small but do what we say we are doing as a community service.
We believe suicidal thoughts is part of the human experience.
We are now helping on average over 200 people per day make a different choice.
Although our numbers are amazing we know we can be doing better.

How did Mr. Robin Williams inspire me.

The Fisher King (1989)
Inspirational to me confirming that we are all connected in some way to each other, and by helping someone else achieve their dreams, it will help us move forward in our own maturity.  I’ve never forgotten this movie and think of it often.
Hook (1991)
Never forget what is important.  Life can get in the way of what really matters.  A reminder to always stay grounded.
Jumanji (1995)
The power of saying you’re sorry.  Ego and pride get in the way of loving those we love the most and being right is all about prospective.  You can be right and wrong at the same time.
What Dreams May Come (1998)
Inspired me to not give up! This movie is a reminder of my Near-death experience where I went to Hell for three days.  I wrote about this in a book called, "My Last Breath".  I was featured on Good Morning America, 20/20, I survived beyond and back, coast to coast and many other media.  It is what it was and my heart is now about helping others make, have another choice.  I'm committed to this.
Robin Williams Death
Upon hearing of Mr. Williams death I wept deeply as I felt responsible for his death, as I know I could have helped him as I have for countless others.  From that day on August 11, 2004 I have become more determined than ever to make sure that everyone has access to this new self-help for suicidal thoughts.  I do not want one more person to die needlessly without knowing they have another choice.

This is the proposed proclamation for making August 11, 2015 the 'Robin Williams Initiative Day'.

Emotional experiences can trigger the survival instinct, giving you that feeling of wanting to die.

Ever wonder how we can kill ourselves? Literally, commit suicide? We have a built in program that protects us from danger, tells us to seek out food, and to find a mate.  It's called our survival instinct, and it lives in the unconscious mind.

The trigger for our survival instinct is called the intensity level of an experience. When we have an experience that is not related to sex, food, or danger, and its has an intensity level of 8 to 10, on a scale of 1 to 10, it triggers our survival instinct.  Emotions are good, intensity is bad, unless it relates to sex, food or danger.

So, what can you do to reduce the intensity level of a past experience?

A new mental health treatment is available online that reduces the intensity level of a past 'Memory Trauma'.  A 'Memory Trauma' is any experience outside the scope of a usual life experience.  Examples of common 'Memory Trauma' are bad experiences in with: Relational, Financial, and Physical.
