Military suicide rates dropping in 2013! Good new?

Without a clear reason given by those that are attempting to address the suicide situation among the military ranks, we are left wondering why are they going down and will this last? Current rates have been dropping in direct correlation to the numbers of the returning troops from over sea's, and I do not think this is a coincidence.  Even the smallest ray of hope will change the direction of those considering the suicide option.  The hope of seeing their loved one's again, hope that they will not have to be deployed again, hope that they may return to a normal way of life without protocol, and/or the thought of having to follow orders that puts lives in peril. Do I believe that this is a temporary dip in the suicide rates?  My prediction for 2014 is yes. Once the holiday leave for our military is over, mass seperations from the service to reduce the numbers being deployed to stem military spending, and the reality sets in that relationships can not be repaired because of
