Google grants have made it possible for those seeking help, and anonymity, to find the first self-help procedures online when contemplating suicide.  Suicidal thoughts are the result of intense emotional suffering.
When visiting International Suicide Preventions web site those seeking help have the option of two procedures that target and remove the cause of suicidal thoughts.
