Without a clear reason given by those that are attempting to address the suicide situation among the military ranks, we are left wondering why are they going down and will this last? Current rates have been dropping in direct correlation to the numbers of the returning troops from over sea's, and I do not think this is a coincidence. Even the smallest ray of hope will change the direction of those considering the suicide option. The hope of seeing their loved one's again, hope that they will not have to be deployed again, hope that they may return to a normal way of life without protocol, and/or the thought of having to follow orders that puts lives in peril.
